The Obasans outing!
ooh la la!! I had really lotsa fun with the obasans yesterday! HAHAX. We were all heading to Kallang Leisure Park cuz none of us had been there before. It was kinda boring down there so we proceeded with the plan of going to ECP to cycle!! Yipee!! On the journey there, the sky became darker and darker.... and just 1 stop before we alight, it started pouring so heavily!! GRR!! *ROAR!* What a wasted trip! We had no choice but to sit all the way to the terminal at BEDOK! Good gracious! hahax. Sight seeing of Singapore! -.-
The rain was getting heavier! We were all stuck at the bus terminal thinking of where to go. We stood in front of the Bus map thinking of all the possible places and even came up of a silly idea of just taking any bus and shall alight wherever we like! -.- They should thank me, cuz after like 30 mins of "discussion" i suggested to go to Suntec! Yay! Off we go! More sight seeing when we were on bus 196! Ooh! Then there was this cute boy who was on the bus! hehex.
When we alighted from the bus, ngern kia saw this tower with lotsa smoke coming out from the top of building and said it was on fire. hahax. ok. shan't laugh. We started to window shop around suntec and later at around 5p.m, we sat in at Donut Factory shop for a LATE afternoon tea. lol. Yay! Let's thank ngern kia for her treat! The donut was great! DOUBLE CHOC AND THE MILK CHOC W CHERRIES!! =D
We stayed for a while to chit chat and laugh over silly things before decided to head towards Marina Sq for dinner. We walked past this really huge Popular store and went in! OMG. For a moment i felt that i was in the library. There is a huge collection of books that they sell! Felt so tempted to buy some!! *ROAR!*
Before we leave the store, shi hua saw this Winnie the Pooh book! hahax. Her favourite! The picture book was really nice! SO CUTE! WTP was once my love too! =D
Guess what? We ate at Crystal Jade for dinner! My 2nd time dinning at Crystal Jade. I've never thought i would even step into that restaurant ever since the treat by Cheryl. haha. XIAO LONG BAO WAS NICE!! YUMMY! =D We had the Sze Chuan Ma La La Mian! The soup base was really spicy. Shi Hua said it tasted like curry while i said it tasted like mee rubus! =/
More chatting after dinner. I think we sat there for like 1 hr? Did we? Can't remember. hahax. But i rmb we had a good laugh after the meal! =)
Took lotsa pics after that! At the Fountain and with the Precious Moments Statue!! Yipee!! I LOVE PRECIOUS MOMENTS! Next was at Esplanade. The night view was fantastic! Some obscene pics. Ahem!! LOL. It was really quiet up there at the roof terrace. But i guess our laughter spoilt the ambience there! =/
Every outing with the obasans give me the feeling that i'm like a tourist! lol. Snapping pictures everywhere i go. hahax. But it was fun! Even though our plan of cycling did not work out, but the alternative wasn't too bad! =D
