Harmonie was great. Hmmm... maybe not that great because i screwed up quite a lot of parts which i actually can play. I'm not actually having any stage fright, but i don't know why i keep having sweaty palms. hahax. And for no reason i came in 1 bar early for American Grafitti!! oh no!!
But oh well... it's over. But i think we all had fun. Eunice msg and said she love the battle song. She said it was damn cool cuz we look like we were all dancing!! hahax. Yea. We spent quite some time before getting the gimmicks right. Hahax. And not forgetting t'was the night before christmas. The santa claus!! hahax. Aaron you rock man!! My friends like that song because of the santa claus. hahax. The wearing of x'mas hat on stage was cute. hahax. But sir didn't wear it! So wasted! hahax. But he did wear it backstage for a few secs then he took it off. =/
Oh anyway, i forgot to thanks those who graced the concert. Like seriously, i love you. Initially i only sold 3 tickets out of that 15, but at the end i managed to sell 10. And just 1 hr before the concert, jethro told me he helped sold another 2. so 12 in all. =D
We were all backstaged by 6.55p.m, and we can see the hall through that small tv thing. The hall was like freaky empty, and we were all so worried that we might be playing to an empty hall. But luckily songs after songs, more people came in, and i guess the hall was about 80% full???
Oh yes! I love the room!! It's freaking nice!! There's 3 basins for our usage!! And the most cool thing is that there are mirrors for everyone!! woo ooh~~ After the concert, we took a full band photos with the guest of honours and the big shots. And for 1 pic, the percs section jumped up and we were all blocked! lol. Always so naughty!! hahax. And back inside the room, we took the combined saxophone section photo with carol and samuel inside separately. lol. Then the cj sax section. And some more photos taken separately.
Now everything is over... i really miss the aj band people. They are like so fun and everything. Especially peilin!! hahax. I can rmb how scared we were when sir always wanted to rehearse symphony no. 4!! But in the end we still screwed it up. =/ Oh whatever. I'm lousy. hahax.
