omg!! "Swing Girls" this show is really very nice!! bing jian!! you bought the right vcd!! ok.. because i'm such a nice person, i shall disclose a bit of the story to u.. hahax..
this show is generally featuring a jap high sch brass band, who will play at their sch's baseball match. and once, they got food poisoning. and a grp of high sch girls were so called forced to join the brass band. they went through torturing trainings. and one day, a girl managed to buzz on a trombone mouthpiece. this inspired the rest of e girls to work harder and finally they made it! when things were going on very smoothly, the brass band players together with the teacher came back looking well.
they had no choice but to leave, despite feeling very sad. and a girl, Tomoko, she plays the tenor saxophone was really interested in learning how to play tenor saxophone. and she pawn her sis's play station and her com(she doesn't know how to use it, and not interested to learn) just to buy herself a 2nd hand tenor saxophone(so rusty! yuckx!).
they went through many hurdles and finally they succeeded and managed to get hold of the whole grp of girls to perform in front of a big crowd. the audience esp their sch brass band players were all very amazed on how well they can play. because the rythm of a jazz music is very difficult to master and did it real well, all thankx to a girl who played trombone! and they named this jazz band, Swing Girl (and a boy).
i was quite touched by the show. they really work their way through just to reach their goal! from a bunch of ppl who don't know how to read notes and their basics stuffs, they can play such wonderful music. but of course in reality only some will make it. how i wish tt QSS BAND can do tt!! hahax.
and now i'm so bored. nearly fell asleep from reading my story book. lol. i guess i gtg. do tag me!! =)
