hey!! today is my dad's birthday!! yipee!! but it also means he's getting older as the day go by.. hmm.. i think he shld be 50 this yr?? i'm not quite sure abt it.. hahax.. i'm such a bad daughter.. =(

actually i almost forgot that today was my dad's birthday, it was only when i asked eunice what is today's date.. and the date, 4th april sounds so familiar.. hahax.. but i nvr buy anything for him.. we're getting so used to it.. we don't celebrate each other's birthday.. because my dad don't like the idea.

hmm.. so today we have our last speech day rehearsal. in other words, today is my last three band prac.. omg!! i can't believe tt time really fly!! and after fri i won't be seeing my saxophone anymore!! anyway when we were all ready for the rehearsal, here comes the arrival of the rain.. and we have to stop our rehearsal.. only after 20 mins, the rehearsal resumed, but it was still drizzling..

saxophone section totally screwed up for the fanfare!! it wasn't our fault ok!! we couldn't see the instructor!! so embarrased!! argh! but luckily during the 2nd round of the parade rehearsal, everything went on smoothly.. =) and i was just next to the percussion sect!! and they were loud.. when i said loud, it is really VERY!! lol.. my ears was like so painful esp after the 1st round of rehearsal, my ears wasn't prepared for tt.. hahax..

after the rehearsal, we headed back to the band rm for more practices. i just love the back portion of Phantom of the Opera, is just so nice.. but too bad. we wasn't given a chance to perform in the hall this year.. sad man.. we have it every yr.. so disapointed!! =( SO i told janine that i won't be coming to band from next wk onward, she looks sad. and she told me to go for band once in a while.. but i told her most probably not. perhaps after 'o' level..

i'm really curious to know who will be the next saxophone sect leader more than wanting to know who's the next BM or DM.. i really hope sax sect won't fall.. or else yunshan and i wld be so sad!! i really hope the heads would make a wise choice!! =)
