ok... again for the 2nd time i'd forgotten that there's band prac until my sis asked me what time was it the day before. hahax. what's wrong with me man?!! lol..
so when i reached the band rm, again there was only a few ppl there and more and more ppl came a while later when is near to 9 o'clock. and mr fahmi said gd morning to me.. hahax.. i was like.. err... ok.. gd morning. lol.. i think he knew that i stay nearby is because for the last prac and todae's prac, he saw me walking to sch. lol.. so smart. hahax.
so todae mr fahmi was trying out on some warm up from the symphony band technic bk. and suddenly i heard my name, i got a shock. Firstly is because i didn't expect him to know my name and secondly he actually asked me to guess the phrasing of the warm up thingy. and hello? i'm not any great musician like shou jun or aldy. lol. so in the end edward got it right. yeah!! hahax...
and later he asked bing jian to conduct the band. and same old mistake.. HE'S SLOWING DOWN!! argh!! and we have to play smooth for twice!! oh gosh!! *mouth ache* hahax.. and later shou jun conducted. but it was far too slow. so we have to play smooth for the 2nd time!!! AAAHHH!! but overall shou jun did not really slow down for the two pieces. luckily... or else we have to play over and over agn!!
so our mouth was like aching like crazy alrdy and mr fahmi still wants us to play the 2 pieces!! gosh!! and some requested for 5 mins rest. and in the end we did have our 5 min break, BUT we have to close our files and play the 2 pieces!! wah!! torture man!! luckily i did memorise some parts of smooth on my own, so is not a big prob. but whenever wherever was the problematic one. hahax.. the first 5 bars was already so horrible la. lol.. so i played the melody and some parts here and there which i managed to figure out. hahax..
and there's no band prac until next fri, so we're supposed to bri our instrument home. but some PREFER to bri their scores home ONLY!! so i hope i wouldn't forget that there's band next fri!! hahax.. but anyway my instrument would remind me. i jux hope my darling wouldn't be sitting in his case... hahax.. i will TRY to get him out for some fresh air. hahax.
